A warrant canary is a statement that confirms that a service provider has not received a warrant or subpoena and been legally prohibited from announcing it (i.e., put under a “gag order” or “speech injunction”).

 

The confirmation is achieved by regularly updating the effective date (i.e., the date of its last update). After the service provider receives an announcement-prohibiting warrant or subpoena, the service provider would remove or adjust the warrant canary statement because the unadjusted statement thereon would no longer be true.

 

Greensheet USA LLC has never willingly disclosed, nor provided any undisclosed third-party entities access to, any User Data (as is defined in its Privacy Policy).

Greensheet USA LLC does log certain data associated with user traffic (as is disclosed in its Privacy Policy), but has not been required to by any third party.

 

Greensheet USA LLC has not received any:

• gag orders;

• warrants from any government agency, organization, or official;

• subpoenas from any government agency, organization, or official; nor

• any National Security letters.
